Cedar and Sage. Where to even begin? First of all, Katie is someone that everyone needs in their life. She brings so much joy and light into a room, it’s hard to have a bad time around her. And that’s honestly what you need in a wedding planner on the big day. Someone who is going to bring the light, laughter and just pure joy on your special day. From the moment we met on zoom I knew, she is my people and I need to work with her. Every step after that has been a dream. She is so professional, attentive, pays attention to detail, and such a hard worker. Like wow, is she hard working! She will fight for you and your vision until their is quite literally no other feasible option. She truly becomes your biggest cheerleader and advocate and that is something I feel a lot of businesses tend to lose when building a brand. They forget to humanize the experience and more often than not, every new bride just becomes a number to them. I can assure you, that will not happen to you if you choose Katie and her brand. So look no further, because I’m 100% convinced there is no better planner out there than Katie Mustard.

Katie is incredible! She is everything you could ask for in a coordinator – extremely organized, great availability, personable, and well versed & connected in everything wedding related. She reminded me of so many things I hadn’t thought about for wedding day and helped me make decisions and save money! On wedding day, she was everything. She set up all of my decorations beautifully, kept us on time, and ensured nothing went wrong. One of our vendors tried to change things last minute, but Katie was AMAZING and stood up for what we wanted. She took videos on her phone throughout the night and shared them with us the following morning. It was so sweet to be able to watch/share some of our favorite moments right away! Additionally, she used to work at a wedding dress boutique and was able to bustle/ fix my dress! I was able to relax and have so much fun at my wedding all thanks to Katie. My only regret would be not hiring her from the very beginning of my wedding planning. She was phenomenal!!

Not to mention, she’s absolutely hilarious and truly a joy to be around. Katie and her assistant Claire, gifted me the perfect wedding ceremony and reception. They managed all of our vendors and set up, in turn they brought our vision to life. I cannot thank them enough for making all of my dreams and desires as a bride come to fruition. Katie is so professional and has an eye for detail, and made sure that absolutely everything was taken care of. She really took the stress out of the wedding planning process and made all of our meetings fun and exciting! She introduced me to the best group of vendors, and when we had some unexpected family emergencies a few months before our event she really took the reins to make sure I had nothing to worry about. On the wedding day she was quick on her feet and made sure everything looked and went perfectly!

I have had NOTHING but good things to say about Katie! I knew when I got married I had an idea in my head of what I was wanting, something small and simple, under the foothills of the Superstitions. I am so happy I found Katie and her business. She helped bring my vision to life even with me being 1500 miles away. I couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. Katie was absolutely the best wedding coordinator I could have asked for. The day of the wedding she handled everything so professionally and made sure everything was perfect. Katie paid attention to every single detail I wanted for my wedding and really brought my wedding vision to life. I also rented my arch and welcome table from Katie’s event rentals and I was so happy with the quality of them! Everything turned out so beautiful and perfect. I would recommend her to anyone getting married!

Katie recently was the day of coordinator for my wedding. She was so easy to work with and so friendly and joked and had a blast with our guests. She was quick to respond leading up to the wedding and knew exactly what she was doing- and kept us all on track on the day of. She lifted the biggest weight off of my shoulders and I was able to enjoy my wedding night. She helped make my night so amazing. The decor was absolutely beautiful- I couldn’t have asked for more. Katie was probably one of the most valuable people I could’ve had by my side on my wedding day 11/20/2020. She’s so friendly, laid back and I just loved her! I just cannot say enough good things about her! I had a small backyard wedding (16 people). She helped set up all the decorations and literally made my vision come to life, EVEN BETTER! We also rented cute wedding decor. It really put a special touch to our home and backyard. I would definitely hire her again in a heartbeat! If you’re on the fence about hiring someone to help, she’s your gal! No questions about it! The best thing is she’s totally affordable!

 

I am a wedding DJ and have worked with many coordinators over the last few years. I have to say that Katie is hands down one of the best and my favorite to work with! She coordinated with the bride, had them prepped on timelines, was communicative and responsive to everything I needed to make the night run smooth, and her personal touch on the venue was so unique and legit.
